By submitting this registration form you declare your binding intent to purchase the ECCS conference participation service as provided by CMG at the price of EUR 2'750.-, covering services as specified on CMG's website and in the Participants' Brochure (PDF). For government officials from Europe attending the ECCS, restrictions may be applied by local government agencies in Shenzhen with regards to particular site visits. CMG will decide – at its discretion – ca. mid July 2024 about whether the 2024 ECCS will be held, considering a minimal number of registrations needed. Upon CMG’s final confirmation about ECCS taking place, a service agreement will be issued for your kind reference, including bank payment details. CMG retains the right to reject registrations in case of relevant deviation from defined target groups to allow better tailor-making in view of a cohesive participants group. Further, with this declaration you agree that your personal data will be stored in CMG's database used both for general CMG communication such as CMG's newsletter CMG Insight' as well as ECCS-specific communications.
This declaration shall be governed and construed in accordance with the substantive law of Switzerland and any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Zurich.
